Alter Ego
Alter Ego

How can we balance our ego / alter ego?
Everyone has an ego. We reject, delete, balance, or "boost" is …. That's part of our psyche … What is our alter ego? .. How can we maintain the balance? I welcome all responses and no thumbs down all the time …. vonhiggins …:) naughty alter ego !!…:)
I tend to agree with Adam on this issue Niamh. Impossible born with an ego, and outside of the uterus as clear as the blue sky on a clear day, but we are also born with full responsibility for ourselves, or are born with the ability of any other value, then our breasts tit mothers. The ego becomes what it is based on nutrition, to keep the mind and living body of the necessary legislation, prejudices and values yourself. I can not proper food, but I'm sure, not the negation of the ego (ie, things are different value). The ego has to do with the Assessment of things … people and places, thoughts, impulses, basically everything you can, but sometimes out of control. For example, schools that feed the girls, to believe that anyone with a poor aspect is unfair to them, then or less, and they treat other girls and boys, even with a serious contempt – which is "normal" at school, but when an adult, I kind of function should disappear. emotional impulses to the prospect expands the ego leads to a new point of view, but it is still as long as the sentence yet assessing one thing to another thing .. Importance is also vital to the ego of an operation and if not to the left) As I said I can not tell you how to value yourself and your priorities, but I can tell you that value relative to the size of my identity and survival – and I try not to let stand in the way of my ambitions or those of which I work. Alter ego? This means just almost like a second personality or character of a second. I always bare my child is about things, and is a kind of rebel, but I my ego is looking for responsible adult and handle things well without prejudice or praise, as far as I know these two circles around each other, give me one or the other, and I see that happening. Some people have difficulty identifying their alter-ego (s), and is not something to live as if to say, try to find that his being with the other, I would not say that the cognitive therapist in his career (in general) First, because the distance deep into the mind without knowing what you are doing is like jumping into a labyrinth, and also that everyone has a double ego has its own way to balance the car. I suggest you read or watch Eckert costs about what it means that the lower self (impossible) that you learn after enlightenment. I heard Oprah explain once and I thought he would never word a lot more like him.
Take care.
