Why is my custom motorcycle enduro steadilly idle?
My Dirt Bike Enduro old was sitting in my garage for some time and finally I found the time to fix. I reassembled everything and starts but the idle is terrible. It is difficult idling. When you start idols slow time, is suddenly a very high RPM vacuum, so that I must kill. I adjusted the idle carburetor, but still very high speed to a dangerous level. Could this be the mixture of gas and oil? Or what else could it be?
Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need this information for a response lit. A two-stroke engine is faster if there is no reason to leak air intake manifold. From sitting too long, the consumption of rubber many may have received damaged by age, allowing an air leak. The idle is poor due to a clogged injector carburetor. Injector is used in the idle circuit and its opening is as thin as a pin head – which makes the sheet wrong gas. Clean the carburetor – especially jet pilot. If the engine speed without reason spray WD40 in the intake manifold (which is the engine manifold and carbohydrate carbon). WD40 temorarily be taken flight. If the change in RPM, you can find a leak.
