What can i do to make my 2009 honda crf 450r faster?

Im about 200 pounds and dont race but i have a track in my backyard and i ride alot. What could i do to make it faster,better handling , better adjust the shocks or any addd ons like pipes or bars or bore kits or adjust the trasmission to make it faster or easier to control

Respectfully, dial in the suspension, start an exercise and diet program, and train to improve your riding skills.
These new 450s are amazingly fast machines. No need to extract more horsepower which will reduce the reliability of your bike and may make the machine harder to control.
A dialed in suspension makes a motorcycle easier to control.
If you need a way to improve your riding skills, enter a few races. best way to practice and learn.
