Flaming Horned
Flaming Horned

Origination of Irish slang terms?
I would like to know when these terms were invented.
Clackers
Chubbed up
Dose
Feak
Feck
Flaming
Gobsh*te
Hole
Horned up
Lack
Scundered
(There’s more but I’ll stop there for now)
Reason I asked is because I’m writing a story that takes place in 1996 and one of the characters hails from Ireland and uses slang in their dialect sometimes. I want know if these words existed before, during, or after that time.
All I can tell you is that feck and gobsh*te have been around from long before 1996 and are still used now
The others I don’t know
Clackers and chubbed up sound like old Dublin slang but thats all I know about that
Wiki actually has a good page on Irish slang and general word usage

It might help you a bit more then I can
