Where can I find a jacket is a cream colored silky fabric, or a lighter brown in my size?

I am 14 years and find something to wear to graduation and my bar mitzvah. I need one that is a light brown color or even a creamy vanilla. I hope someone can help. Can more than $ 200 and is the size of my chest somewhere around 31 inches.
